This was a puraflo installation for a 3 bedroom 2 bath lake front home. Two modules were used and the 6-8 in. gravel bed they sit on measures approx. 10 ft. X 30 ft. This is the only drainage area needed for this system.

Puraflo is a highly effective biofiltration system that uses special biofibrous peat, processed in Ireland, to treat septic tank effluent.

Because of the special properties of the biofilter media, Puraflo is one of the best options for onsite treatment where most other conventional systems have failed or are restricted due to limited area, poor soil conditions, shallow bedrock, and high ground water.
