Geoflow dripline is easy to install. The tubing can be laid on a graded surface
then covered with topsoil or it can be installed using a vibratory plow, trencher or by using a tubing plow as seen here.
Remember, When you see the purple stripe on it...
YOU'LL KNOW IT'S GEOFLOW!
Geoflow's subsurface drip systems solve many of the problems that plague traditional methods of wastewater dispersal such as poor perculation, steep slopes, and limited dispersal area. With subsurface drip, secondary reclaimed wastewater can be used, eliminating the ongoing costs of additional effluent treatment.
Geoflow drip dispersal is recommended for commercial, municipal, industrial, residential and agricultural applications.
GeoshieldTM is the turquoise inner lining of the Geoflow wasteflow drip tube which contains the anti–microbial Tributyl Tin Maleate.
Geoshield is an anti-microbial. It does not treat the water flowing through the tube.
It has been found to be effective in preventing a slime build–up inside the tube, even with effluent that has very high BOD > 900 mg/l.
Geoshield is only available in the Geoflow wasteflow product range anti-bacterial
lining inhibits bacterial growth
on the walls of the tube and in the emitters.
Battelle-Northwest's biobarrier technology keeps plant roots from entering the drip emitters for up to 20 years.
Drip emitter with patented nano- ROOTGUARDtm system keeps roots out.
Geoflow's nano-ROOTGUARD® Subsurface drip emitter keeps roots from entering the drip tube. Unfortunately, roots can clog drip emitters in systems buried below mulch or below the soil surface, and this tendency historically limited the service life of the system. Now, through a unique marriage of polymer and root-growth inhibitor, researchers at Battelle's Pacific Northwest Laboratories created long-term, controlled-release devices that establish a barrier zone where plant roots cannot grow.
